Refund and Returns Policy
At Mertra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- The product must be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped to qualify for a refund.
- We do not accept size swaps, exchanges, or returns on sold-out products.
If your item meets the above conditions, please email us at support@mertraxumbro.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If your package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you’ll need to cover the cost for re-shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
